Tomorrow I’m cancelling my gym membership to save money :( 

So it’s time for a new workout plan! And no more emotional crazy eating habits!! 

Monday

  • 30 min run
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 50 squats
  • 50 crunches
  • wall sit 30 sec 3X
  • Lower belly pooch attack

Tuesday

  • 15 min run
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 50 squats
  • 50 crunches
  • wall sit 30 sec 3X
  • 30 min Arms

Wednesday

  • 30 min run
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 50 squats
  • 50 crunches
  • wall sit 30 sec 3X
  • 10 min intense abs

Thursday

  • 15 min run
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 50 squats
  • 50 crunches
  • wall sit 30 sec 3X
  • 25 min butt blaster

Friday

  • 30 min run
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 50 squats
  • 50 crunches
  • wall sit 30 sec 3X
  • 15 min back attack

Saturday

  • 15 min run
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 50 squats
  • 50 crunches
  • wall sit 30 sec 3X
  • 35 min summer slimdown

Sunday

  • 1 hr yoga

Just bought a white board calendar from the dollar store :)
I’m going to track my progress through here and take a before and after picture at the end of every month 
At the top where the days should be I put what kind of exercise I am going to do for that day 
If I complete that exercise I’m coloring in the left lower corner dark blue :)
If I eat badly that day I’m coloring the top left corner purple
Every Wednesday is Weigh in Wednesday and I will write it down on the date

My Goals:
1 purple day a week
5 blue days a week
lose 7 pounds this month
